**Return Policy**
At Sxs Paradise, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process straightforward and hassle-free.
**Return and Exchange Policy:**
You may return or exchange items within 45 days from the date your order ships. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, complete with the original manufacturer’s packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may incur a restocking fee (see below).
**Restocking Fee**
All returns and exchanges may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

**Return Shipping:**
We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the product. Sxs Paradise is not liable for any damage or loss of returned packages.
**Note:** If we made an error with your order by shipping the incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. If you choose to use your own shipping method for an item we shipped incorrectly, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
Returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer’s packaging. Do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container, as this may damage it. Items returned in such a condition may not be considered new and unused and could be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return.
