At Sxs Paradise, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible by offering reliable shipping options tailored to your needs.

**Standard Ground Shipping:**

Ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. Certain exclusions apply, such as orders containing oversized items or other miscellaneous items. Shipping costs for items that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated at checkout. To ensure the fastest delivery possible, we ship from our main warehouse and directly from many of our manufacturers.

**Expedited Delivery:**

We offer expedited shipping services on select items. For a quote on expedited delivery, please contact us via the chat box on our website or by calling (303) 319-1772.

**Oversized Items:**

Shipping charges for oversized items may incur additional fees. Please call (303) 319-1772 to have those calculated.

**LTL Shipping**

Please call (303) 319-1772 for LTL Shipping details.

**Alaska & Hawaii:**

Our website currently does not support orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. However, you can request a shipping quote by calling or emailing our team, and we will provide the best shipping rates possible.

**International Shipping:**

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you have a freight forwarder in the contiguous United States, please contact us to arrange shipment.

**Post Office Box (P.O. BOX) Ship-To Addresses:**

Due to size and weight restrictions, we generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout. If a P.O. Box is provided, there may be a delay in processing your order while we obtain a physical address from you.

**Drop Shipping:**

While we stock a wide range of products in our main warehouse, it is impossible to have every part for every machine at all times. Therefore, we utilize drop shipping (shipping directly from the manufacturer) when necessary to ensure faster delivery or when items are not available in our main warehouse.

**General Shipping & Delivery:**

We prioritize processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship the same day or within 1-2 business days. Exceptions include back-ordered items or items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. If an item does not ship within 3 business days, a team member will contact you via phone or email with the expected lead time. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together.
